Column-free, regular plates — twelve units per office floor, easily combined.
Each typical office level at ARC 380 is laid out as twelve strata units arranged around a central lift lobby, with a sky terrace on the floor (except Level 5). Units range from about 65 sqm to 93 sqm — roughly 700 sqft to 1,001 sqft — and because the plates are column-free and regular, neighbouring units combine easily into larger floor areas, right up to a full floor of around 9,375–9,500 sqft. The full Level 14 floor is available as a single strata area of approximately 9,375 sqft.
The defining feature of Arc 380 Office is volume: a 4.9-metre floor-to-floor height that allows owners to build a loft deck of around 5 sqm, effectively adding a mezzanine for storage, a director’s room or breakout space. Unit areas vary slightly between odd and even storeys and include bay window and air-con ledge. Plans are not drawn to scale and are subject to change as approved by the relevant authorities.
The official materials illustrate several test-fits: a half-floor single tenancy of about 5,500 sqft accommodating roughly 55 people, a full-floor single tenancy of about 10,097 sqft for up to ~97 people in a standard layout (or ~78 in a more spacious creative layout), and multiple-tenancy splits across the twelve units.
