The ARC 380 site plan

ARC 380 is bounded by Jalan Besar, Lavender Street and Foch Road, with the grand vehicular drop-off and main entrance addressing Jalan Besar. At ground level the site includes the covered drop-off, a water feature with sculpture and the building exit toward Foch Road, with a bus stop along Lavender Street. Reading the layout

The 1st-storey arrangement is built around visibility and arrival: the entrance and covered drop-off greet visitors from Jalan Besar, a water feature with sculpture anchors the forecourt, and retail and F&B frontages animate the street edge. Vehicle circulation exits toward Foch Road, keeping arrival and departure flows clean.

Above the office stack, the Roof Terrace is organised as a wellness floor — the 25-metre lap pool and pool deck run along the view side, with the gymnasium and a function room set behind.
